Common questions

Email-code and Google sign-in are available. Video tasks require credits, and credit purchases are temporarily unavailable.

What is 58thfloorai?

58thfloorai is a two-photo studio duet concept: one portrait opens on the left and a second portrait takes the next verse. Sample clips are examples, not videos made from your selected photos.

Is 58th Floor AI free?

Browsing examples and preparing photos are free. Video tasks use one-time credit packs with no automatic renewal. Credit purchases are temporarily unavailable, so new users cannot submit paid tasks yet.

How much does a duet use?

The displayed cost is 30 credits at 480p, 68 at 720p, or 120 at 1080p for a 15-second duet. The selector updates the displayed cost before submission.

Why are two photos required?

Photo 1 casts the left performer and opens the hook. Photo 2 casts the right performer and takes the next verse. Each slot must contain a separate photo.

Does it include the original song?

No commercial song is promised. Use audio you have permission to share and follow the destination platform’s synthetic-media rules.

Can I use the site on a phone?

58thfloorai has a separate phone layout with a fixed bottom tab bar, photo previews, and quality controls.

Are the generated results private?

Completed videos are associated with the signed-in account and served through the site's authenticated video library. Public sample clips are separate.

What if a render fails?

A confirmed technical failure returns the credits deducted for that task once. Read the refund policy for details.

Is this an official COLORS product?

58th Floor AI is an independent studio-duet concept and is not affiliated with COLORS or the artists referenced by the inspiration.
